02 / BEFORE YOU SHIP

Keep the receipt trail.

Save what was shown before you submit a parcel. A clean record makes price, selection, and support questions easier to resolve.

  1. SourceSave the original listing and chosen item.
  2. SelectionCapture size and color—not a guessed US conversion.
  3. QuoteReview final weight, dimensions, restrictions, and insurance.
  4. PhotosCheck visible details before approving shipment.
03 / PRICE REALITY

The source price is not the landed cost.

The approximate USD figure on each card converts only the item’s CNY source price. Domestic handling, international shipping, payment conversion, insurance, duties, taxes, and fees may be separate.

Warehouse photos show what a camera can see.

Use photos to compare visible color, shape, markings, size labels, and obvious damage. They cannot authenticate an item, reveal every hidden defect, or guarantee delivery.

06 / QUICK ANSWERS

US buyer FAQs

Does the source price include shipping to the US?

No. The card price is the source item price. Parcel shipping and other charges are separate.

Can I assume orders under $800 enter duty-free?

No. CBP suspended the broad duty-free de minimis treatment in 2025. Check current official guidance.

Why show yuan and dollars?

The source is priced in CNY. USD is an approximate comparison using the dated rate shown—not a checkout quote.

Can QC photos prove authenticity?

No. They help inspect visible details only and do not certify authenticity or delivery.
