Read QC photos like evidence—not a certificate
Useful checks
- Visible color and shape
- Obvious stains, scratches, or damage
- Shown size, model, and quantity
- Visible packaging condition
Outside the photo
- Authenticity or material composition
- Hidden defects and long-term durability
- Unshown accessories or internal condition
- Future delivery or customs outcome
Ask about a discrepancy before the parcel leaves the warehouse. Do not treat an unremarkable photo as proof that every condition was checked.
